this hotel’s location is just okay, nestled in a sketchy alley where local drunks smoke, not exactly five-star entertaining. apparently, the toilet paper is made from sandpaper—very charming! as a sophisticated guest, i expected a welcome gift or at least a room upgrade, but clearly that’s too much to ask for.

What an amazing experience! The staff truly made our stay exceptional, especially Harim who walked us to the bus stop carrying our luggage. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from Myeongdong Market and Namdaemun Market, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. Plus, the heated floors were a lovely touch on chilly days!
